Refund policy

We guarantee the quality of our frames and lenses 100%. If you are not satisfied with your eyewear we offer a complimentary exchange within 7 days of RECEIVING your order. Frames must be unworn and undamaged, with no signs of wear, to be eligible for exchange or return.

If an exchange is not possible, and you would like to return your order please note a restocking fee of 25% is applicable.

In cases of returns, re-lens, and exchanges, your return or exchange will ONLY be processed once your original frames have been returned to The Optical Shoppe.

PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE FRAMES ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. This ensures we are able to provide you with the best discounts possible as these frames are very limited in quantity. Once they are gone they are gone and we are unable to restock them.

The Optical Shoppe is not liable for the replacement of lenses in cases where incorrect prescription or PD measurements are provided. In cases where the information provided in the order is incorrectly submitted by the customer, the customer will be required to pay a re-lens fee to correct any errors if they so choose to do so.

The above stated exchange policy ONLY applies to orders placed online as in-store orders may be subject to different policy & terms defined at time of purchase.
